If you have mission critical site, don’t host with midPhase, if you have low visited blog midPhase is you choice.

I recently purchased a hosting account with Hostgator. Because I am an International customer, I had to either call in or send over copy of ID and credit card showing the last 4 digits. I didn’t think sending copy of an International ID would make any difference since it’s in Korean.
So I called hostgator up with an International phone card thinking I would be redirected to India. Instead, I was surprised that the customer rep was American. VEry courteous and helpful, he activated my account in minutes. Waiting time was less than 1 minute although they say it might take 3.
I also had made some technical install mistake on my webpage and chatted with hostgator’s rep who solved the issue so fast I didn’t even finish my coffee.
With the price and customer service, I will choose Hostgator in the future for any of my hosting needs.
Microsoft’s tech support could learn a few things from Hostgator.

the pricing is great very good value for the money imo, support could be just slightly better but great nevertheless
