I've never seen a DEDICATED server crash so many times. I've moved all important domains off the server where I couldn't have it being down. All they really do is re-boot and then you wait for the next time it crashes. you can get much much better value at another hosting company. CI HOST sucks. sorry. Each time I would contact support, sales, ANYONE and it would come back later.
