This is sub-par hosting. It was the first hosting company I had ever used. They’re server crashed and lost all of my data, emails, files and databases. They had no back up utility at the time, nor did they have any redundant server setup to keep my site live when one went down. I also experienced 6 months (total of 12 charges) of billing and several months trying to get a refund after I had already canceled my account. Support really bad! Imagine you need to wait for for than 50 minutes just to chat with support staff. Te support staff also not really helpful as I need to chat with 3 support staffs before my problem is solved. It just a simple problem which is pointing my subdomain to a folder in my public_html. Also everytime I need to create a subdomain I need to contact the support staff in order to do that. Seriously unsatisfying web hosting provider.

This company is a cheater. I ordered their hosting service and one of the feature is unlimited mySQL database. But actually I’ve been given only 5 databases. Dot5 Hosting not deliver what they promise.
Crappy host. They don’t fulfill their promises at all.

I have had no issues. used them for more then 2 years with minimal issues. its a little slow sometimes, but the support is instant and they know how to fix any problem. im not sure why there are all these harsh reviews saying they didn’t get what they paid for, but i got more then what i payed for. I payed back before they had unlimited GB and databases and why they changed to unlimited they upgrades for me. if you have issues wait the 3-5 minutes for support. its not that hard to do. Also, i see where he said they lost all his file. I had the same issue one but they were able to restore it all cause they have backups of everything. You guys need to just use the support which you obviously don’t know how to use.
