I have been using Hostgator for well over 5 years on various sites that I own. The service has been awesome. They respond very quickly. I highly recommends them.

I think hostgator stand out for their excellent support. Whenever I have had a problem they have sorted out quickly. I wish my other contacts were like that!

i have been overcharged with 60$ and no refund received even after 6 months sice i reported. I just gave up and cancelled my account with them and i transfered 22 domains to different hosting company.

A lot of options to start with can confuse the beginner – but stay with it because they are easy to use, fast, reliable and are a great starting platform for any website or web-business!

We have been using HostGator for almost a year now and I will say the service and support staff have been outstanding. I have submitted many tickets on different issues and I always get an answer back within an hour. Keep up the great work!

Indeed, HostGator is a reliable host, quality services are offered, except for the support, which they could speed up.
Their prices are pretty high, though.
