These people are the worst. They took over the company on Feb 1, 2011. Their setup was so bad that it would have taken the better part of a year to re-write my system to meet their constraints. Don’t be fooled by their ads. They have no idea what good hosting is all about. I paid 2 years in advance. The old company was poor but at least the website worked. The NEW Hostican is really HostIcan’t. It didn’t function at all. And because I paid the old company last July, they said that they get to keep the money! Even though they did not provide 1 minute of good service to my website in the entire month that I was on it under their service. This is HostICan from Columbus, Ohio. Boy, they give Columbus a bad name. I just hope that they get for their company EXACTLY WHAT THEY DESERVE!

Stay AWAY from these. I lost my money and and hard time getting my domain back. This “company” should never been in business.

Reliability is essential for me, my last host wasn’t so reliable – perhaps this was more my fault for choosing a web host for just $1/month. I am now a happy HostIcan.com customer and I don’t plan on going elsewhere any time soon.

As a veteran of being a web host customer, the support at hosticanc.com is second to none, plus with unlimited space and bandwidth who can complain? And it’s all this with some of the lowest prices in the industry. If you take care of your customers they will keep coming back, that is what exactly what they have done. They definitely have me returning after my contract is up!

Just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the service from the support guys and the sales guys. I am a fairly new customer but have caused my share of trouble for HostIcan.com. I have changed my hosting type three times and have had great support. Any issue’s I have had have been resolved very quickly via email. I think the telephone and live chat support is good could be improved, but the email support is second to none.

I am absolutely amazed at how good your web hosting service is! Best wishes and watch for me, because I’ll be moving over all of my sites soon. The staffs are the most helpful and friendliest I have seen in this business. Their commitment to their work, as well as to the environment is not just notable but also admirable. Everything is working great now. Very impressive service.

I signed up with hostican.com last months. I don’t know many things about them. But I can say about their technical support team. They are brilliant. They have solved a major problem of my web site. They spent almost two hours to solve my problem. They are not the cheapest but as they run they can’t boost themselves easily on the summit of web hosting.

HostIcan.com is one of the best webs hosting company. They are doing great. I am operating one site with them. I didn’t face any downtime in my site. They have 100% uptime. They have unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth. You can also manage more sites with a account. Their price is so cheap and they have a good reputed people.

This is my first time when I am using a web hosting site and HostIcan.com is also my first web hosting site. I have built my site with them. I built my site with their web site builder. They gave me unlimited space. So I can add anything to my site. i have faced some problem at the first time but their technical support team addressed my problem and solved that.
