I’ve given them a call at 12 AM with technical questions and their staff was able to answer it no problem. Hardly ever any downtime. Web mail client could be better, but service-wise…it can’t be beat. Very professional people.

The Hostrocket servers have been hosting mine and my wife’s small business sites since 2003. One includes an on-line store. I am very happy with both service and cost of being hosted on Hostrocket servers.

I think the service is very good, I’m from the UK and using Skype to contact was easy as! The features are impressive and the support via email it spot on. Downtime is literally never and the whole cpanel is fantastic. I just wish they would allow more parked domains on shared hosting. Also, they really need to cut back on the small charges, like changing mail records and the like. Other than that, great hosts (been with them for 2 years)

Website with forums was over 6 years old, 90,000 posts and over 700 members. A tech reset the account, head tech is telling us they do not have back ups, due to hard drive failure our last 6 months of back ups are gone and we have to restore back to over 6 months ago. To add even more insult, they are giving us credit for 3 months. Gods is a very hard clan to join and post counts / activity is the best way in. Now we have lost 5+ recurts history, some have spent months trying to get in.
