I am close customer a long time. I’m sad when my hosting is problem, they suspend my hosting and not any reason. I asked and know “traffic my website is affected the service to other customers”. I must send a lot email that require to active my hosting to only backup data files about 2 weeks. It’s terrible.
Seem they don’t care small customers or customers at my country, they said
“you will have to move your hosting to a different provider.”

First I got hit with their $1 a month plan. It was great but when the year is up the charge your card $50! Then they expect $1 a month after that. That’s criminal.
Top that with a problem they had a couple years back that made all the hosting magazines. They had a major MySQL server crash and it seems someone forgot to backup the system before hand. When they did the most recent backup they had was 1 month old so all those thousands of customers they brag about lost 1 months worth of data. The only way you can have a catastrophic MySQL failure if if you aren’t paying attention and don’t have a failover or replication strategy.
I’d stay as far away from these gents as possible mate!
