These guys offer great suppport and excellent services. I have been hosting with them for over 5 years now, never had any problems.
OneWebHosting.com is way overpriced! Their top plan is ridiculous — $23.95/month for 50 GB disk space and 20 GB bandwidth. That is the reverse of what it should be, as most web hosts offer 10 times the bandwidth as disk space. And most web hosts offer far more service options for far less money. I consider their space/traffic allocations to be unethical as you could only use this type of configuration if you want to store a lot of space gradually over a period of time, without ever visiting it in the interim. Crazy! There are wonderful hosts out there giving great service and reasonable disk space/traffic allocations. OneWebHosting.com is NOT one of them. Stay away! They refuse to give refunds too, unless you are in that 30 start up period, and a reputable host would give an unhappy customer a refund.
