Excellent hosting. Customer support is decent, sometimes takes longer than 24 hours to resolve issues. A couple of bugs in their cPanel, but nothing huge. Overall very satisfied with service, uptime and quality of hosting.

I’ve been with these guys for about a year and a half now, and it has definitely been one of the best companies I have gone with. They have a guarantee on size limit per server, so you don’t have to worry about them filling up your server with spammers one day.

I have a lot of forum traffic and image postings on my site. I’ve been with Site5 almost three years now with only a few short outages and no loss of data. (Better uptime than Intermedia, a more upscale host I also have.) The price can’t be beat and they have always answered my questions quickly. They have not raised charges as my bandwidth and storage needs have increased.

I´ve used them for about a year. I also use Swedish hostings which is nothing compared to Site5. Great support and I love their adminzone.

I was skeptical about the server considering you get an incredible deal for VPS hosting (CPanel AND WHM!). I’ve only had a few problems as far as my website loading slow, but I qickly hop in the 24/7 chat, and it gets working immediately.

I’ll be sticking with them.

The deals they offer are great. Hard to beat. Some slow loading times, but hey these are shared servers it will be the case everywhere. Very, very down time. I’m a happy customer, and would refer Site5 to someone looking for a great deal on shared hosting without hesitation.

Does not allow for someone to offer WPMU site hosting according to their TOS, other then that they’re decent.

a pleasure to deal with and got my new site up and running really quickly, although their support for xslt within php was missing at first – they got it sorted.

Being a customer for 3 years, I haven’t experienced any major problem so far… Customer support is always superb..

This service is not the best that I’ve come across, but suffices.

Overall a very good host. I had a problem once and the support helped me solve it pretty fast.

We are always trying different hosting services and most listed are fair. Not sure how this on ended on top but they seem to be just a slow as the average. Still look looking for the fastest and most reliable at a decent cost.
