I have two VPS servers with Web.com. Been with them for close to TEN (yes 10) years. Awesome tech support. A little pricey but that’s why you can call them at 4 am.

Web.com is a good value for what you get and using a coupon can get you a good deal. Stick with smaller sites and avoid trying to max is out with a busy forum or related site.

Very dissapointed. They’ve raised charges on resold accounts, and initially messed up the e-mail performance so badly that I lost resold accounts. Now, following a “server migration”, my main site is offline and a resold account’s content is in its place. Moreover, customer service is limited, and I have to wait until Mon-Fri business hours to resolve why they parked my main domain. These are the fundamentals of web hosting, but they are inept.

Very good hosting company and the customer support is great. It really helps when you can talk to a real person about any problems you may recive.
