4.8Have been using them for years, never really had a problem, and their support department is usually really nice and if you ask nicely will sometimes do things for you.

4.8I just started using Westhost and so far everything is good. The thing I like the best is their customer support. They are quick and responsive. I was having trouble with permissions on Wordpress database and they fixed it for me at no charge.
