Have been using them for years, never really had a problem, and their support department is usually really nice and if you ask nicely will sometimes do things for you.

I just started using Westhost and so far everything is good. The thing I like the best is their customer support. They are quick and responsive. I was having trouble with permissions on WordPress database and they fixed it for me at no charge.

This is an AWESOME webhost. I don’t usually have any problems but if I do I can call, email, or instant message them 24 hours a day.
