FastHost is really SlowHost. I started with them only for about 30 days and soon found that to transfer a domain name over took forever, and to create an add on domain was a task that equalled a domain name transfer. Took far too long to do anything, and their tech support was no help, so I decided to remain with my current hosting company of 3 years, Hostmonster. I just wanted to shift a few domains to another company because my 300 plus domains were getting to be a lot on one hosting panel. Oh well, I learned that with FastHost I got out of there “fast” and for good reasons.

If you are in search of a Dedicated Windows Server 2008 w/ SQL 2008 then Server Intellect is the host for you. After reading numerous positive reviews we chose Server Intellect based on Customer services calls we made and the ability to reach a tech at all hours of the night. The most positive aspect is that they are strictly a Windows Host with I believe every Microsoft Cert you can think of. They have proof that know about Windows Servers and can back it up with years of experience. They were able to resolve each issue that we have tested them with and at all times they remained helpful and courteous. We highly recommend Server Intellect.

LiquidWeb has been my hosting solution since 2003. I had struggled with hosting solutions before that. Since 2003 I have had less than two hours of down time. Liquidweb has excellent customer support and a IT staff on call 24 hours a day to answer questions. In the past I have had errors I thought were server side end up being caused my by code. The staff at Liquidweb has helped me through those issues as well. Much of my success as a website designer and programmer has come at their hands. Slicehost is by far my favorite hosting company to date ever since I started doing web stuff in 1994. You get great value, easy to use management tools.

HOWEVER, there are no frills and you have to know how to admin your own server which is a big downside for less technical people. No cpanel, no WHM or anything like that – you will either have to install your own or learn how to do things via SSH. For what they do have, it works great.

Their support is very responsive and knows what’s up. You’ll get a great performing VPS with easy upgrade paths for the same price as you’d pay for some other more expensive shared hosts (MT comes to mind)

RocketFactor is my current host. I was previously with HostGator but found the server I was on to be too unstable.

Since being with Rocketfactor I have had speedy support and speedy server.

If you need help they answer their support tickets quick smart, this is a must as there is nothing worse than having something broken and no help to fix it.

The account comes standard with cPanel, Php, MySQL, Fantastico, Installatron etc.

Anyways just wanted to be nice and give them a good word for the great job they are doing.

Cliklabs offers a great deal for your money, and it is not fake like the previous company its not “unlimited” since that just doesn’t exist.

Pros:
- Support is very friendly and helpful, and online the majority of the time.
- Hosting is very fast and feels very secure (I received a free wildcard SSL by just asking them which included a dedicated IP)
- Very easy script installation using scriptaculous (similar to fantastico on my old hosting provider)
- My website was instantly online 5 minutes after the purchase using my credit card (not paypal or echeck like my old provider)
- They use all green facilities, and they were a supporter of hosting for haiti.. BIG +

Cons:
- There was a short downtime of about 5 minutes a week ago at around 1AM pacific time, no big deal.
- Phone support is not 24/7 but chat and email support is very fast
